١٠٥٠ ـ حسين بن يحيى بن حسين بن عبد الله بن خطاب السهمى: أجاز له فى سنة ثلاث عشرة: الدشتى، والقاضى سليمان بن حمزة، وابن مكتوم، وابن عبد الدايم، وابن سعد، والمطعم، وجماعة. وما علمت له سماعا، ولا علمته حدث. وكان من أعيان الناس ذا ملاءة، عدلا مقبولا عند الحكام. توفى فى آخر عشر السبعين ـ بتقديم السين على الباء ـ وسبعمائة.
