١٠٠٣ ـ الحسن بن على بن محمد بن موسى بن مزاح المكى، الشهير بالزكى العطار: هكذا أملى علىّ نسبه، وذكر ما يدل على أن مولده قبل الأربعين وسبعمائة بيسير. سمع بمكة الموطأ لمالك، رواية يحيى بن يحيى بن بكير، على الفخر النويرى، والسراج الدمنهورى. وسمع على تاج الدين ابن بنت أبى سعد، والشيخ شهاب الدين الهكارى، والشيخ نور الدين الهمدانى، والقاضى عز الدين بن جماعة: من أول جامع الترمذى، إلى باب ما جاء فى مواقيت الإحرام لأهل الآفاق. وما علمته حدث. وأجاز لى باستدعائى واستدعاء أصحابنا. وكان عطارا بمكة. وفيه خير. توفى ليلة الجمعة الثانى والعشرين من المحرم، سنة اثنتى عشرة وثمانمائة. ودفن فى صبيحتها بالمعلاة.
