٩٩٧ ـ الحسن بن على بن داود بن سليمان بن خلف المصرىّ الأصبعى، أبو على المطرز: روى عن الحارث بن مسكين، وأبى بشر الدولابى، والعباس بن محمد بن العباس البصرى، محمد بن عباس البردعىّ، وآخرين. وروى عنه الدارقطنى، وانتخب عليه، وعبد الغنى بن سعيد، وانتقى عليه، وأبو عبد الله الحاكم وآخرون. ذكره الخطيب وقال: قدم بغداد وكان يفتى. وذكر أنه توفى فى صفر سنة خمس وسبعين وثلاثمائة بمكة. وهكذا ذكر وفاته الحبال. وذكر أنه ولد سنة خمس وثمانين ومائتين. وذكر القراب عن المالينى: أنه توفى فى المحرم من السنة. لخصت هذه الترجمة من تاريخ مصر للقطب الحبلى.
