٩٧٩ ـ حسن بن إبراهيم بن حسن بن يحيى بن قيس المكثرى النجمى، حسام الدين: كان من خدام الأمير نجم الدين أبى نمى صاحب مكة. والنجمى فى تعريفه، نسبة إلى أبى نمى، والمكثّرى نسبة إلى الأمير مكثّر بن عيسى بن فليتة الحسنى، المعروف بابن أبى هاشم، أمير مكة، الآتى ذكره. وما عرفت من حاله سوى هذا. توفى يوم الجمعة من شهر المحرم سنة تسع وثمانين وستمائة بمكة. ودفن بالمعلاة. نقلت وفاته من حجر قبره، ومنه نقلت ما ذكرته من نسبه، وترجم فيه: بالشيخ الأجل.
