٩٥٦ ـ حاطب بن عمرو بن عبد شمس بن عبدود بن نصر بن مالك العامرى، أخو سهيل بن عمرو: ذكر ابن عبد البر وابن قدامة: أنه أسلم قبل دخول رسول الله ﷺ دار الأرقم، وهاجر إلى أرض الحبشة فى الهجرتين جميعا، فى رواية ابن إسحاق والواقدى. وذكر عبد الرحمن بن إسحاق عن أبيه، أن حاطبا هذا أول من قدم إلى الحبشة فى الهجرة الأولى. قال الواقدى: وهو الثّبت عندنا، ثم شهد بدرا فى قول ابن إسحاق، وابن عقبة والواقدى جميعا. وقيل فيه: أبو حاطب بن عمرو، وعده فى السابقين إلى الإسلام.
