٨١٩ ـ إياس بن البكير، ويقال ابن أبى البكير بن عبد ياليل بن ناشب بن غيرة ابن سعد بن ليث الليثى الكنانى، حليف بنى عدى: أسلم فى دار الأرقم، وشهد بدرا وأحدا والخندق، والمشاهد كلها، مع النبى ﷺ، وهو والد محمد بن إياس بن البكير، الذى رثا زيد بن عمر بن الخطاب، لما قتل فى حرب بين بنى عدى، جناها عبد الله بن مطيع، وبنوا أبى جهم. ذكره ابن عبد البر بمعنى هذا. وذكره ابن الأثير بمعنى هذا غير قليل، وزاد: وكان من السابقين إلى الإسلام. وزاد: وكان من المهاجرين الأولين. وزاد: وتوفى إياس سنة أربع وثلاثين. انتهى.
