٧٦٢ ـ إسماعيل بن إبراهيم العسقلانى المكى: توفى ليلة الأحد سابع جمادى الأولى سنة تسع وستمائة. كتبت هذه الترجمة من حجر قبره بالمعلاة، وترجم فيه: بالفقيه. وهو من العسقلانيين أقارب الفقيه سليمان بن خليل، إمام المقام وخطيب المسجدى الحرام، الآتى ذكره.
