٦٦٤ ـ أحمد بن مطرف بن سوار البستى: ولى قضاء مكة خليفه لابن أبى الشوارب، سنة ثلاث وعشرين وولى أحمد بن محمد النيسابورى، فخرج البستى إلى مصر وحدث بها. وكان يروى كتاب الجمهرة لابن دريد. وتوفى سنة ست وثلاثمائة. ذكره مسلمة بن قاسم. وجدت هذه الترجمة هكذا، بخط المحدث برهان الدين إبراهيم بن القطب الحلبى فى تاريخ مصر لأبيه.
