٦٥٦ ـ أحمد بن محمد بن ناصر بن على الكنانى، المكى الحنبلى: سمع بدمشق من ابن أميلة بعض الترمذى، وسمع من بعض أصحاب ابن مزيز بحماة، وسمع بالقاهرة من عبد الوهاب القروى وغيره، وبالإسكندرية من ابن فتح الله، والبهاء الدمامينى، وسمع بمكة من غير واحد من شيوخنا، وحدث. واشتغل بالفقه على مذهب أحمد، وصار له فيه بعض إحساس. وتوفى فى شهر رمضان سنة اثنتى عشرة وثمانمائة، ودفن بالمعلاة عن ستين سنة أو أزيد قليلا. وكان حصل له قبيل موته مرض تكسح منه. ودام به ذلك، حتى مات رحمه الله تعالى.
