٥٥٩ ـ أحمد بن صالح بن فتح المصرىّ الأصل، المكى المولد والدار، والمعروف بالقطان: سمع من الشيخ خليل المالكى، والقاضى عز الدين ابن جماعة وغيرهما. وخدم جدى القاضى أبا الفضل النويرى مدة. وكان ينفذه إلى مصر فى مصالحه، وحصل له بذلك شهرة عند الناس. توفى فى سنة ثلاث وثمانين وسبعمائة بمكة، ودفن بالمعلاة، سامحه الله تعالى.
