    ٣١٧ ـ محمد بن على بن الخالق اليمانى: كذا وجدته مذكورا فى جزء بخط الشيخ تقى الدين محمد بن رافع السلامى. ذكر أن فيها أحاديث مخرجة من أصول سماعات جماعة من أهل مكة. كتبه عن المسند بدر الدين أبى المحاسن يوسف بن محمد الكردى الدمشقى عنهم، وترجمة: بالشيخ الإمام شمس الدين، وأخرج عنه حديث أنس: «لا هجرة بين المسلمين فوق ثلاث» (١) من جزء الأنصارى، عن أبى اليمن ريحان بن عبد الله الشرقى السكينى سماعا، فى ربيع الأول سنة إحدى وأربعين وستمائة، عن الحافظ بن الأخضر، عن القاضى أبى بكر الأنصارى بسنده. وهذا الجزء هو سماع شيخنا جمال الدين الأميوطى الآتى ذكره، على يوسف المذكور من ابن رافع.
