٣١٥ ـ محمد بن على بن صخر، القاضى أبو الحسن الحارثى البصرى: نزيل مكة الشافعى. حدث عن أبى محمد الحسن بن على، المعروف بابن غلام الزهرى الحافظ، وعثمان بن عمر بن السباك، ويوسف بن يعقوب البخترى وغيرهم، وانتقى عليه أبو نصر السجزى خمسة مجالس بمصر، فسمعها منه الحافظ أبو إسحاق الحبال، وأخوه عبد الرزاق، بقرافة مصر الكبرى. وسمع منه بمكة هياج بن عبيد الحطينى. وأجاز فى سنة خمس وثلاثين، لأبى صادق مرشد بن القاسم المدينى وحدث عنه بالإجازة كثيرا. وذكر الذهبى: أنه توفى فى جمادى الآخرة، سنة ثلاث وأربعين وأربعمائة بزبيد.
