٢٧٤ ـ محمد بن عبد الكريم بن أحمد بن عطية بن ظهيرة، المخزومى، محب الدين أبو عبد الله المكى: سمع من الآقشهرى، والزين الطبرى، وعثمان بن الصفى وغيرهم. وذكر لى شيخنا أبو بكر بن عبد المعطى: أنه حفظ الحاوى فى الفقه، والكافية فى النحو لابن الحاجب. وكان رجلا حسنا، وسألت عنه شيخنا القاضى جمال الدين بن ظهيرة. فقال: كان رئيسا محتشما حسن الشكل. توفى سنة أربع وستين وسبعمائة بالقاهرة.
