٢٧٢ ـ محمد بن عبد الصمد بن [ ...... ] (١) المغربى المعروف بالتازى: جاور بمكة سنين كثيرة، تقارب العشرين أو أزيد، واشتغل بالفقه قليلا، وكان يذاكر من حفظه بمواضع من موطأ مالك، رواية يحيى بن يحيى، ويفهم أنه يحفظه.وسمع بمكة على النشاورى، وشيخنا ابن صديق، وغيرهما من شيوخنا. ولم يكن بالمرضى فى دينه، والله يغفر له. توفى فى آخر ذى الحجة سنة خمس وثمانمائة، أو أول التى بعدها، برباط السدرة بمكة، وكان يسكن به، ودفن بالمعلاة.
