٢٣١ ـ محمد بن عبد الله بن أحمد بن قاسم الحرازى، أخو السابق شقيقه، يكنى أبا الفضل: حضر على عمه فيما أحسب، وسمع من شيخنا ابن صديق وغيره. وعنى بالعلم فتنبه. ودخل اليمن والهند طلبا للرزق. فأدركه الأجل بكلبرجة ـ ببلاد الهند ـ فى سنة عشرة وثمانمائة، ووصل نعيه فى سنة أربع عشرة وثمانمائة. وعاش نيفا وثلاثين سنة.
