٢٣٠ ـ محمد بن عبد الله بن محمد بن أحمد بن قاسم، تقى الدين بن الشيخ عفيف الدين بن قاضى مكة تقى الدين، بن مفتى مكة شهاب الدين، الحرازى المكى: سمع من عمة أبيه شيختنا أم الحسن فاطمة، والعفيف النشاورى، وأجاز له جماعة من شيوخنا الشاميين بالإجازة، واشتغل بالعلم فعاجلته المنية. توفى فى صفر سنة ثلاث وتسعين وسبعمائة بمكة. ودفن بالمعلاة.
