١٤٣ ـ محمد بن الحسن بن عبد الله بن على بن محمد بن عبد الملك الأموى، قاضى الحرمين، أبو الحسن بن أبى الشوارب: ولد سنة اثنتين وتسعين ومائتين. وقلده المطيع قضاء الشرقية، والحرمين، واليمن ومصر، وغير ذلك، فى رجب سنة أربع وثلاثين. ثم صرف عن ذلك فى رجب سنة خمس وثلاثين؛ لأنه كان ينسب إلى الاسترشاء فى الأحكام. وتوفى فى رمضان سنة تسع وأربعين وثلاثمائة. ذكره الخطيب فى تاريخه، ومنه لخصت هذه الترجمة.
