١٠٨ ـ محمد بن بركات بن أبى حزمى فتوح بن بنين بن عبد الرحمن بن عبد الجبار بن محمد المكى، المعروف بابن أبى حزمى: ابن أخى: عبد الرحمن بن أبى حزمى ـ الآتى ذكره. كان كعمه يكتب الوثائق، وينقش أحجار القبور وغيرها. وعلى خطهما وضاءة. ولم أدر متى مات، إلا أنه كان حيا فى شهر رمضان سنة اثنتى عشرة وستمائة؛ لأنى رأيت بخطه حجرا نقشه فى هذا التاريخ.
