٣٤ ـ محمد بن أحمد بن عطية بن ظهيرة بن مرزوق، القرشى، المكى، المخزومى: سمع من: عيسى الحجى، والآقشهرى، والشريف أبى الخير الفارسى، وموسى الزهرانى. وما علمته حدث. وأجاز له من دمشق القاضى سليمان بن حمزة وجماعة. وذكر لى شيخنا أبو حامد بن ظهيرة: أنه توفى فى أواخر ذى الحجة سنة تسع وأربعين وسبعمائة بمكة.
