١١ ـ محمد بن أحمد بن أبى بكر الخراسانى، أبو بكر، الصوفى، النجار: نزيل بغداد، وسمع بمكة شيئا فى سنة أربع وخمسمائة: وروى عنه: أبو سعد السمعانى، وقال: كان رفيقى فى سفره إلى الشام، وخرجنا صحبته إلى زيارة القدس، وما افترقنا إلى أن رجعنا إلى العراق. وكان نعم الرفيق، شيخ، صالح، قيم بكتاب الله، دائم البكاء، كثير الحزن، جاور بمكة مدة. توفى فى ربيع الأول سنة اثنتين وأربعين وخمسمائة. وله ثمانون سنة، انتهى.
