    ثنية المقبرة وهى التى قبر أمير المؤمنين أبو جعفر بأصلها، قال: يعرفها باليحاميم وأولها القرن الذى بثنية المدنيين على رأس على رأس بيوت ابن أبى حسين النوفلى، والذى يليه القرن المشرف على منارة الحبشى فيما بين ثنية المدنيين وفلق ابن الزبير ومقابر أهل مكة بأصل ثنية المدنيين، وهى التى كان ابن الزبير مصلوبا عليها، وكان أول من سهلها معاوية ثم عملها عبد الملك بن مروان ثم كان آخر من بنى ضفايرها ودرجها وحددها المهدى.
