ذكر حد المعلاة وما يليها من ذلك قال أبو الوليد: حد المعلاة من شق مكة الأيمن ما جازت دار الأرقم بن أبى الأرقم، والزقاق الذى على الصفا يصعد منه إلى جبل أبى قبيس مصعدا فى الوادى فذلك كله من المعلاة ووجه الكعبة والمقام، وزمزم، وأعلى المسجد، وحد المعلاة من الشق الأيسر من زقاق الذى عند الطاحونة ودار عبد الصمد بن على، اللتان مقابل دار يزيد بن منصور الحميرى خال المهدى يقال لها: دار العروس مصعد إلى قعيقعان، ودار جعفر بن محمد، ودار العجلة، وما حاز سيل قعيقعان إلى السويقة وقعيقعان مصعدا، فذلك كله من المعلاة. * * *
