    ٢٥٨٨ - مقاتل بن المهلب قال عبد اللَّه: وجدت في كتاب أبي بخط يده: حدثنا مقاتل بن المهلب أبو الحسن البلخي قال: جدي من قبل ابن سليم بن ميسرة وهو أخو عطاء ابن ميسرة وصي عطاء الخراساني من أهل بلخ أصلهم في الدهر الأول من الجورنجان، فانتقلوا إلى بلخ، وخرج عطاء من خراسان قبل الميسرة، وقال مقاتل: الشوذب عندنا جار يُساوي كذا وكذا، يعني ببلخ يعني أبا عبد اللَّه بن شوذب.
