٢٢٠٨ - كثير بن زيد الأسلمي، أبو محمد المدني قال عبد اللَّه: سألت أبي عن كثير بن زيد؛ فقال: ما أرى به بأسًا. "العلل" رواية عبد اللَّه (٢٤٠٦). قال أحمد بن حفص: سئل أحمد بن حنبل -يعني: وهو حاضر- عن التسمية في الوضوء؛ فقال: لا أعلم فيه حديثًا يثبت، أقوى شيء فيه حديث كئير بن زيد عن ربيح، وربيح رجل ليس بمعروف.
