"العلل" رواية المروذي وغيره (٣٥٥). قال أبو داود: قلت لأحمد: أبو المليح أحب إليك، أو عبيد اللَّه بن عمرو؟ قال: هو، يعني أبا المليح، بينهما كثير. قال: سمعت أحمد يقول: أبو المليح، ثقة ورع، بخ بخ. سمعت أحمد قال: أسند أبو المليح، فأقام الإسناد.
