٨٤٧ - ما جاء في أنه لا يباشر الرجل الرجل ولا المرأة المرأة حديث ابن عَبَّاسٍ ﵄: "لَا يبَاشِرْ الرَّجلُ الرَّجلَ وَلَا المَرْأَةُ المَرْأَةُ" (٤). قال الإمام أحمد: لم يرفعه أسود، وحدثناه عن حسن، عن سماك، عن عكرمة مرسلًا (٥).
