    ٧٨٠ - ما جاء في نذر المعصية وكفارته حديث عَائِشَةَ ﵂: "لَا نَذرَ في مَعصِيَة اللَّه وَكَفَّارَتُهُ كَفَّارَةُ يَمِينٍ" (٣).قال الإمام أحمد: أفسدوا علينا حديث الزهري -يعني: حديث الزهري- عن أبي سلمة، عن عائشة، عن النبي ﷺ. . قالوا: عن سليمان بن أرقم -يعني قالوا: عن الزهري عن سليمان بن أرقم- عن يحيى بن كثير، عن أبي سلمة (١). فقيل لأحمد: فيصح عندك إفساد الحديث، وإنما رواه يعني: ابن أبي أويس؟ قال أحمد: أيوب -أعني: ابن سليمان- كان أمثل منه، قال أبو داود: أيوب عن سليمان بن بلال (٢). وقال مرة: هذا حديث منكر (٣).
