٧٧٨ - من حلف على يمين فرأى غيرها خيًرا منها حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: "من حلف على يمين فرأى خيرًا منها فأتى الذي هو خير فهو كفارته" (١). قيل للإمام أحمد: روى يحيى بن سعيد عن يحيى بن عبيد اللَّه. فقال: تركه بعد ذلك وكان لذلك أهلًا. أحاديثه مناكير وأبوه لا يعرف (٢).
