    ٧٥٨ - ما جاء في قتل المؤمن بالكافر حديث ابن عمر ﵄ أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ قتل مسلمًا بمعاهد. وقال: "أنا أحق من وفى بذمته" (١). قال الإمام أحمد: ليس له إسناد، وهو من حديث ربيعة عن ابن البيلماني قال: هو مرسل (٢)، وحديث على أثبت وعمر، وعثمان (٣). وقال مرة: من حكم بحديث ابن البيلماني فهو عندي مخطئ وإن حكم به حاكم فرفع إلى حاكم آخر رده (٤).
