٧٤٩ - ما جاء في القضاء باليمين والشاهد فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: قضى باليمين مع الشاهد (٤).قال الإمام أحمد: حديث الأعرج ليس في الباب أصح منه (١). الثاني: حديث جابر مثله (٢). ضرب الإمام أحمد على هذا الحديث، وقال: لم يوافق أحد الثقفي على جابر. قال عبد اللَّه بن الإِمام أحمد: فلم أزل به حتى قرأه عليَّ وكتب عليه هو صح (٣).
