    ٦٤٠ - ما جاء في خلافة قريش فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث ثَوْبَانَ ﵁: "اسْتَقِيمُوا لِقُرَيشٍ مَا اسْتَقَامُوا لَكُمْ" (١). قال الإمام أحمد: ليس بصحيح، سالم بن أبي الجعد لم يلق ثوبان (٢). الثاني: حديث أم هانئ مثله (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: ليس بصحيح هو منكر (٤). وقال مرة: الأحاديث خلاف هذا، قال النبي ﷺ: "اسْمَعْ وَأَطِعْ وَلَوْ لِعَبْدٍ مُجَدَّعِ" وقال: "السمع والطاعة في عسرك ويسرك وأثره عليك" فالذي يروى عن النبي ﷺ من الأحاديث خلاف حديث ثوبان ما أدري ما وجهه (٥).
