    ٦٠٦ - ما جاء في فضل العرب حديث أبي موسى الأشعري ﵁: "إني دعوت للعرب فقلت: اللهم من لقيك منهم موقنًا بك مصدقا فاغفر له أيام حسابه، وهي دعوة إبراهيم أو إسماعيل ﵉" (١). قال الإِمام أحمد: روى مروان بن معاوية عن الحسن بن بشر حديثا فأسنده (٢) وأنا قد سمعته من مروان بن معاوية، عن يحيى بن العجمي، عن الزهري حديثا في العرب. وقال مرة عندما سئل عن الحسن بن بشر قال: ما أدري أخبرك (٣). وقال: ما أرى كان به بأس في نفسه. قلت: يعني على العدالة وضعفه الأئمة.
