    ٥٨٩ - ما جاء في أخذ الجزية حديث علي ﵁: لئن بقيت لنصارى بني تغلب لأقتلن المقاتلة ولأسبين الذرية فإني كتبت الكتاب بينهم وبين النبي ﷺ على أن لا يُنَصِّرُوا أبناءهم (١). أنكر الإِمام أحمد هذا الحديث إنكارًا شديدًا (٢). ومرة: ضعفه أحمد (٣). وقال مرة: هو يثبت عن علي (٤). وقال مرة: ليس بشيء (٥). وقال مرة: ما أُثبتُه عن عليٍّ (٦). وقال مرة: إسناده صحيح (٧).
