    ٥٧٨ - ما جاء في استحباب مبايعة الإِمام الجيش عند إرادة القتال، وبيان بيعة الرضوان تحت الشجرة حديث المسيب بن حزن ﵄ أنه كان فيمن بايع رسول اللَّه ﷺ تحت الشجرة، قال: فلما خرجنا من العام المقبل نسيناها فلم نقدر عليها. فقال سعيد: إن أصحاب محمد ﷺ لم يعلموها وعلمتوها أنتم، فأنتم أعلم (٤).قال الإِمام أحمد: هذا منكر. وقال: إنما هذا من حديث طارق (١)، ما سمعت هذا من حديث قتادة ولا من حديث شعبة (٢).
