٥٤٨ - ما جاء في مدة العدة وكيفيتها فيه حديثان عن ابن عمر بمتون مختلفة. الأول: حديث ابن عمر ﵄ في العدة: عدتها من يوم طلقها ومن يوم يموت عنها (٢). الثاني: حديث ابن عمر في المتعة للمطلقة: لكل مطلقة متعة، إلا التيطلقت قبل أن يدخل بها، فإن لها نصف الصداق (١). قال الإمام أحمد: أبو معاوية يخطئ في غير شيء عن عبيد اللَّه. ذكر منها في المطلقة والمتوفى عنها في العدة. قال أحمد: ليس أحد يقول المطلقة غيره (٢).
