(٥٤٢ م) - ما جاء في إلحاق ولد الملاعنة بأمه حديث ابن عمر ﵄ أن النبي ﷺ لاعن بين رجل وامرأته فانتفى من ولدها، ففرق بينهما، وألحق الولد بالمرأة (٤). قال الإمام أحمد: روى مالك عن نافع أشياء لم يروها غيره، ابن عمرألحق ولد الملاعنة بأمه (١).
