٤٨٦ - ما جاء في إذا رد العبد الآبق استحق الجُعل برده حديث ابن أبي مليكة وعمرو بن دينار: أن النبي ﷺ جعل في جُعل الآبق إذا جاء به خارجًا من الحرم دينارًا (٢). سئل أحمد عن جعل الآبق فقال: لا أدري، قد تكلم الناس فيه. لم يكن عنده فيه حديث صحيح (٣).
