    ٤٨٢ - ما جاء في الإقرار بالخراج حديث أنس ﵁: "من أقر بالخراج وهو قادر على ألا يقر به فعليه لعنة اللَّه والملائكة والناس أجمعين، ولا يقبل اللَّه منه صرفًا ولا عدلًا" (١). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا حديث منكر، وقد روي عن ابن عمر أتى كان يكره الدخول في الخراج، وقال: إنما كان الخراج على عهد عمر (٢).
