٤٧٩ - ما جاء في المشتري يموت مفلسًا بالثمن حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: "أيما رجل باع سلعة فأدرك سلعته بعينها عند رجل قد أفلس ولم يقبض من ثمنها شيئًا فهي له" (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: يمان بن عدي رفع حديث التفليس قال فيه: عن أبي هريرة (٤).
