    ٤١٣ - ما جاء في الحج عن الصبي فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث ابن عباس ﵄: رفعت امرأة صبيًّا، فقالت: ألهذا حج؟ قال: "نعم ولك إجر" (٢). سئل الإمام أحمد عن الذي يصح في هذا الحديث، حديث كريب مرسل، أو عن ابن عباس؟ فقال: هو عن ابن عباس صحيح. قيل لأحمد: إن الثوري (٣) ومالكًا يرسلانه. فقال: معمر وابن عيينة وغيرهما قد أسندوه (٤).الثاني: حديث السائب بن يزيد ﵄: حج بي أبي مع رسول اللَّه ﷺ حجة الوداع وأنا ابن سبع سنين. قال الإمام أحمد: عن قتيبة (١) حج أبي. وقال محمد بن عباد (٢) حج بي (٣).
