    ٣٧٣ - ما جاء فيمن لا تحل له الصدقة فيه ثلاثة أحاديث: الأول: حديث عبيد اللَّه بن عدي بن الخيار ﵁: "لا حظ فيها لغني ولا لقوي مكتسب" (١). قال الإِمام أحمد: ما أجوده من حديث هو أحسنها إسنادًا (٢). الثاني: حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: "لا تحل الصدقة لغني، ولا لذي مرة سوي" (٣).قال الإِمام أحمد: سالم بن أبي الجعد لم يسمع من أبي هريرة (١). الثالث: حديث عبد اللَّه بن عمرو بن العاص ﵄ بمثل حديث أبي هريرة (٢). قال الإمام أحمد: لا أعلم فيه شيئًا صحيحًا (٣).
