    ٣٦٦ - ما جاء في زكاة الزروع فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث ابن عمر ﵄: "فيما سقت السماء والعيون أو كان عثريا العشر، وما سقي بالنضح نصف العشر" (٢). قال الإمام أحمد: في حديث يونس منكرات عن الزهري، منها: عن سالم عن أبيه مرفوعًا: "فيما سقت السماء العشر" (٣). ومرة رجح رواية الوقف على ابن عمر (٤). وقال مرة: هذا حديث لم يروه عن ابن وهب إلا الكبار. قال أبو بكر الإسماعيلي بهذا الحديث تكلم أحمد بن حنبل في أبي همام لما رواه عن ابن وهب (٥).الثاني: حديث علي بن أبي طالب مثله (١). قال الإِمام أحمد: هذا حديث أراه موضوعًا، أنكره من حديث محمد ابن سالم (٢).
