٣٥٨ - ما جاء في الزكاة على الأقارب حديث زينب امرأة ابن مسعود ﵄: إن لها بني أخ أيتام في حجرها أفتعطيهم زكاتها. قال: "نعم" (٣). قال الإِمام أحمد: أما ذكر الزكاة فهو عندي غير محفوظ، إنما ذاك صدقة من غير الزكاة (٤).
