    ٣٥٦ - ما جاء في تعجيل الزكاة فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: "وأما خالد فإنكم تظلمون خالدًا قد احتبس أدراعه وأعتاده في سبيل اللَّه" (٣). قال الإِمام أحمد: حديث ورقاء عن أبي الزناد، عن الأعرج، عن أبي هريرة: "أعوادي وقف".فقال: أخطأ فيه ورقاء وأصاب ابن أبي الزناد. قال: "أعبُدى (١) وقف". ثم قال: ابن أبي الزناد أحب إليَّ من ورقاء (٢). الثاني: حديث علي بن أبي طالب ﵁: أن العباس سأل رسول اللَّه ﷺ في تعجيل صدقته قبل أن تحل فرخص له في ذلك (٣). قال الإِمام أحمد: ضعيف وقال: ليس ذلك بشيء (٤).
