    ٣١٩ - مخالفة الطريق إذا رجع يوم العيد فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث جابر ﵁: كان النبي ﷺ إذا كان يوم عيد خالف الطريق (٣).قال الإمام أحمد: هو حديث أبي هريرة (١). الثاني: حديث ابن عمر ﵄: أن رسول اللَّه ﷺ أخذ يوم العيد في طريق ثم رجع في طريق آخر (٢). استغربه الإمام أحمد وقال: لم أسمع هذا قط. وقال أيضًا: العمري يرفعه، ومالك وابن عيينة لا يرفعانه. قيل له: قد رواه عبيد اللَّه -يعني: أخو العمري- عن نافع عن ابن عمر. فأنكره. وقال: من رواه؟ قيل له: عبد العزيز بن محمد. يعني: الداروردي. قال: عبد العزيز يروي مناكير (٣). وقال مرة: لو رواه عبيد اللَّه كان (٤).
