    ٢٩١ - المسافر يقصر ما لم يجمع مكثا حديث عمران بن حصين ﵁: غزوت مع رسول اللَّه ﷺ وشهدت معه الفتح فأقام بمكة ثماني عشرة ليلة لا يصلي إلا ركعتين (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا ليس له أصل، إنما أراد: الخروج إلى حنين ولم يرد الحج (٤). وقد روى أنس ﵁ عن النبي ﷺ أنه أقام عشرًا (٥) وحديث ابن عباس فيه أيضًا.
