    ٢٨٩ - الجمع بين الصلاتين من غير خوف ولا مطر حديث ابن عباس ﵄: جمع رسول اللَّه ﷺ بين الظهر والعصر والمغرب والعشاء في المدينة من غير خوف ولا مطر. قال: فقيل لابن عباس: لم فعل ذلك؟ قال: أراد التوسعة على أمته (١). قال الإمام أحمد: إنما هو حديث داود بن قيس (٢) ليس هو من حديث ابن أبي ذئب (٣).
