    ٢٨٧ - من ترك القصر في السفر غير رغبة عن السنة فيه عن عائشة طريقان: الأول: عن عطاء عنها: أن النبي ﷺ كان يقصر في السفر ويتم (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا حديث منكر (٤). وقال مرة: الناس يروونه عن عطاء مرسلًا (٥). وقال مرة: يرويه الناس عن عطاء عن رجل آخر، ليس هو عنعائشة (١). وقال مرة: وهذا يروى عن عائشة موقوفًا (٢). الثاني: عن عبد الرحمن بن الأسود عنها قالت: يا رسول اللَّه ﷺ، بأبي أنت وأمي، قصرت وأتممت وأفطرت وصمت. قال: "أحسنت يا عائشة" (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا حديث منكر (٤).
