    ٢٨٤ - ما جاء في سفر المرأة فيه حديثان: الأول: عن ابن عمر ﵄: "لا تسافر المرأة ثلاثة أيام إلا مع ذي محرم" (١). قال الإمام أحمد: رواه العمري الصغير -يعني عبد اللَّه بن عمر- ولم يرفعه. قال الإمام أحمد: قال يحيى القطان نظرت في كتاب عبيد -يعني: ابن عمر- فلم أجد فيه شيئًا أنكره إلا حديث لا تسافر المرأة ثلاثًا (٢). وقال مرة: لم يسمعه إلا من عبيد اللَّه -يعني: يحيى بن سعيد- فلما بلغه عن العمري صححه (٣). الثاني: حديث أبي هريرة ﵁: مثله (٤). قال الإمام أحمد: هذا خطأ، إنما هو حديث أبي صالح، عن أبيسعيد (١)، الأعمش يرويه عنه (٢).
