    ٢٧٩ - ما جاء في الوتر بثلاث عشرة فيه حديثان: الأول: حديث ابن عباس ﵄: وفيه: . . فصلى ثلاث عشرة ركعة، ثم اضطجع حتى جاءه بلال فأذن بالصلاة فقام فصلى ركعتين قبل الفجر (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: إن الأعمش وهم في إسناده (٤). قال ابن رجب: وأكثر الروايات تدل على أن ركعتي الفجر من الثلاثعشرة، رواية الضحاك عن مخرمة مصرحة (١) بذلك، وقد خرجها مسلم، وقد خرج البخاري (٢) أيضًا ذلك. الثاني: حديث زيد بن خالد الجهني ﵁: وفيه: . . ثم أوتر فذلك ثلاث عشرة ركعة (٣). قال الإمام أحمد: لم يذكر عبد الرحمن في حديث مالك: عن أبيه، والصواب ما روى مصعب، عن أبيه (٤).
